Service Scope: The exact scope, deliverables, and fees for any specific project will be defined in a separate written Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms apply as a general framework.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
Provide all necessary access, information, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate the execution of the services.
Acknowledge that project timelines and outcomes are dependent on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Client.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Website Content: All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions) is the property of The Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Project Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in the SOW, The Company retains intellectual property rights to its proprietary methodologies, software, and tools used to deliver the services. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final project deliverables (e.g., design specs, audit reports) solely for its internal business operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company will exercise reasonable skill and care in the provision of its services. However, in no event shall The Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
The use or inability to use the services.
The implementation of recommendations or the performance of acquired machinery.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
The Company's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client to The Company for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
